By accessing Kehini’s website and any other related services you agree that you have read, understood, and agree with the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage customers who have any concerns to contact us via our contact page on our website.

Product Information

Most Kehini products have an element of handmade production, ensuring every order is unique. As there is an element of hand made production in every product we allow for a certain degree of variance as no product is made exactly the same given the handmade production nature. We make every effort to ensure our products are conveyed accurately through clear photography and encourage if you have any further questions that you contact us directly via our contact page. 

Care Instructions - Jewellery

Kehini uses a variety of different materials including but not limited to Sterling Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Brass, Crystal, Glass, Resin etc and therefore given the unique nature of our products special care is required to ensure longevity. When designing and sourcing our componentry, we always attempt to purchase nickel free, however traces of nickel may be apparent in our jewellery (always refer to the product description to ensure it is a nickel free product).

Cleaning and Care of Componentry:

To clean our componentry we request that you use a gentle high quality brass or silver polishing cloth which will assist with restoring any tarnishing and shine. We also recommend that all products are stored out of direct sunlight and in a dry airtight bag (Kehini PVC bag is acceptable). Componentry should be handled with care and correctly stored to avoid any damage, this includes but is not limited to; avoiding contact with sharp objects (eg Keys and Storing with other earrings), Perfumes and Chemical Products (eg Cleaning and Laundry Products, Perfumes, Deodorants and Body Sprays, Hair Products, Makeup etc) and Heat (eg not worn during any form of sport and/or exercise or stored/worn inside hot and wet areas such as your car, shower, bathroom, pool, beach etc). Please note, that it is normal for jewellery to tarnish over time and Kehini is not held responsible for tarnishing of jewellery from wearing and over time. 

Cleaning and Care of Crystals:

Crystals are fragile and require gentle handling and using a special polishing cloth and are required to be stored carefully to avoid any damage, this includes but is not limited to; avoiding contact with sharp objects (eg Keys and Storing with other earrings), Perfumes and Chemical Products (eg Cleaning and Laundry Products, Perfumes, Deodorants and Body Sprays, Hair Products, Makeup etc) and Heat (eg not worn during any form of sport and/or exercise or stored/worn inside hot and wet areas such as your car, shower, bathroom, pool, beach etc).

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit provided that the below requirements are met, please note we only offer store credit in the form of a gift card or code issued via e-mail. All exchange/store credit items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for a second time.

Please ensure you select your purchase carefully and note we cannot offer direct exchanges if the item is not in stock, discontinued, sample sale or limited edition.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unscratched, unmarked, undamaged or unused, with tags, returned to us within 7 days of it being received and in its original packaging. Please note, we do not accept returns, exchange or change of mind on gift cards, sale, purchases made with a discount code, sample items, promotional and customised items. You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings, headwear, and face coverings cannot be returned for an exchange, change of mind, refund or store credit.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty and hair products). Please get in touch via our contact us page if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note, we do not refund shipping charges, duties and taxes and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return policy applies to purchases made from our Kehini website only, if your purchase was made via an authorised stockist you will need to contact them directly. To request a store credit, you can contact us via our contact page. 

Damages and Faults

All products are thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Please ensure you thoroughly inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any faults reported after the 7-day period will not be accepted. To discuss any damages and issues, please contact us via our contact page with a detailed description and your order number.

Warranty

All Kehini products come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects only and please note, our warranty does not include:

Loss and/or theft of your Products.

Wear and tear of your Products, including but not limited to tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery.

An accident by you.

Failure to follow any instructions provided by us in relation to your Products;

Use of your Products otherwise than for use specified by us.

Continued use of your Products after any defect in your Products becomes apparent.

Failure by you to notify us of any defect in your Products within 7 days of recieving them.

In respect of any warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the liability of Kehini will be limited to any one of the following at our election:

The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.

The repair of the goods.

The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed. Once you have placed your order it is considered final.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

• Change of delivery address

• Change to colours and sizes

• Adding or removing items

• Applying discounts or rewards

• Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

Intellectual Property 

All the material published on the Kehini website and any social media accounts is owned by Kehini. This includes but is not limited to products, logos, designs, photographic images, videography, text and advertisements. These may not be used or reproduced, transmitted, published, distributed, modified, displayed, or utilised in any altered forms or derivative works without the explicit written consent of Kehini.
